Return Policy

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchasing. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Please include your order number or original receipt in package. Items must be unworn with tags attached. Jewelry is final sale. 

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to be processed.

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different size in your item you can repurchase once you receive your store credit.

If something is wrong with your order reach out and we promise to make it right! If you have any questions please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can!

If your package is lost in transit please email us at lobosboutiquetally@gmail.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
